Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the website operated by Tesser Inc. (hereinafter "Company"), including tesser.io and related domains (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and will provide notice at least 14 days before the effective date of any changes. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not agree to the changes may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 3 (Description of Service)

The Company provides information about its medical AI solutions (Ontol Scribe, Ontol Report) and operates an inquiry submission service. Actual adoption and use of the solutions are governed by separate agreements.

Article 4 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary. The Company shall not be liable for any resulting damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

• Entering false information or misappropriating another person's information
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying Service content without prior written consent from the Company
• Any other act that violates applicable laws or public morals

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in content within the Service (text, images, logos, UI, etc.) belong to the Company. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, acts of God, or the user's own fault. Information provided through the Service is for reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or legal counsel.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
